Physician’s fees are based on the length of time Dr. Erickson spends with you and the complexity of your problem(s). Most initial evaluations will take an hour to one and one half hours, and cost $395. Any lab tests, such as EKGs, or supplements that may be required are in addition to the physician’s fee. Revisits usually run in the $95-$125 range, excluding supplements and lab.
We require payment in full at the time a person receives services. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, or cash. Although we do not accept insurance as payment, a coded super bill will be given to you at the time of check out for you submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement due. Please understand that many insurance companies will not cover medical therapies or testing that they consider preventative or screening in nature, and we suggest you check directly with your insurance company if you have questions about your coverage. We are not a Medicare provider and can provide services to Medicare patients only through private contract as required by law.
